I had a client and friend struggling to pay her mortgage after a split with her husband. She asked for help and I realized something that day.

There are no programs that run deeply specialized and customized solutions for struggling homeowners. So we created one.

This program is for:

  • Homeowners who need a creative exit

  • Homeowners who are upside down in equity but don’t want the house anymore

  • Homeowners with a distressed property

  • Homeowners in a distressing situation (divorce, death, etc)

What is it exactly that we do?

1. WE sit down and do a full analysis and Report

2. WE sit down with our team (combined Experience 40 years) and create a plan for you

3. The plan is then presented to you and if you approve we move forward

4. This can be anywhere from connecting you to a our preferred lending partners to a full on purchase.
